Apple unveils its iPhone 11 range
On September 20, Apple announced the latest incarnation of its flagship smartphones, the iPhone 11 series. The series consist of the iPhone 11, the iPhone 11 Pro, and the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Unlike it’s predecessors, the iPhone 11 series is the tech giant’s first range of smartphones to feature dual and triple rear cameras.
The iPhone 11 boasts a Liquid Retina HD 6.1-inch bezelless display as well as a A13 Bionic chip and a third-generation Neural Engine. It rocks dual 12MP Ultra Wide and Wide cameras and features a night mode.
The iPhone 11 Pro features a stunning 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR display, with an IP68 rating so it can handle splashes as well as dunks up to 4 metres and up to 30 minutes. The iPhone 11 Pro comes with a snazzy rear tri-camera system comprising of 12MP Ultra Wide, Wide and Telephoto cameras.
Interestingly enough, the iPhone 11 Pro Max packs the same features as its Pro counterpart, aside from a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display, in addition to a slightly larger height and width of 158.0mm and 77.8mm respectively.
The pricing for the iPhone 11 starts from RM3,399 while the prices for the iPhone 11 Pro as well as the iPhone Pro Max start at RM 4,899 and RM5,299 respectively. The smartphones can be purchased at Apple stores nationwide.
